Meet FUEL's Executive Team
Tim Liebrecht joined Main Street Fairmont in March 2020 as the organization’s Executive Director. Tim is an economic development professional with nearly 10 years of experience across the full spectrum of community and business development . In addition to his Main Street position, Tim is also the Chief Operations Officer for the Claudio Corporation. He is the worship leader at Faith Baptist Church and serves on the Marion County Chamber of Commerce Board where he chairs the committee for FUEL. He lives in Morgantown with his wife Hannah and their daughter Amelia and loves spending every moment possible with his family.

Jonathan Board holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the West Virginia University College of Law and is a graduate of the Witherspoon School of Law & Public Policy and Fairmont State University. He also attended the Universities of Tennessee and Cincinnati. He is well published and currently a contributing author to the Literary Lawyer. His articles focus on a diverse number of legal and corporate topics and subjects and is most cited for his work in alternate dispute resolution. He is the CEO of Axios International, which specializes in governmental affairs and public relations. He also serves on numerous boards both locally and nationally, and advises and consults new media organizations, most notably, Stage2Studios.

Tina Shaw serves as the President of the Marion County Chamber of Commerce. She
is a lifelong resident of Marion County. She is a member of Fairmont Rotary, President
of the Marion County Boys & Girls Club, 2018-19 Campaign Chair for the Marion
County United Way as well as serving on numerous boards and committees. She is a
graduate of Leadership WV and is the recipient of the 2016 Directors Choice Award
from the U.S. Small Business Administration. She graduated from Fairmont State
University where she was named the 2013 Outstanding Alumna. She is married to
Dave Shaw and they have 4 sons.
